  INTRODUCTION

  
  September 2007 was marked as a milestone in Karachi’s social history; the foundation stone
  for Pakistan’s most exclusive and high-end Country & Golf Club; ACACIA, was laid for the 
  first phase of a facility which can be labeled justifiably as the brainchild of a “Grand Vision”. 
 This vision comes to Pakistan through Quality Golf International, a company that gave the 
 world of luxury enterprises many prized facilities and its local affiliates have even bigger
 plans for Pakistan.
 Project under development on 200 acres of prime real estate this exclusive location with it’s
 stringent security protocols adjacent to the main facade of Quaid-e-Azam International

  FACILITIES OFFERED UNDER PHASE II:
  5-STAR HOTEL:
 The proposed Hotel is expected to have Five Star facilities with 250 quality rooms, superior
 oriented amenities and other facilities such as restaurants, ball rooms, meeting rooms, 
 shopping arcade etc. The proposed Hotel will be set-up on an area of 19360 sq.yds. with
 an estimated cost of Rs. 2.8 billion. The Hotel will have the following facilities offer to its
 valued guests:

   • Two Restaurants
   • 24-Hour Room Service
• Large Ball Room measuring 10000 sq.ft with state-of-the-art convention facilities

 The Hotel shall be constructed with a debt equity ration of 40:60 and will be completed 
 within a period of four years i.e. by the year 2011. 
 The  proposed shopping Mall shall be developed on an area of 10 acres and will be designed
 with public link and access to the Hotel directly.
  SHOPPING MALL:
The Shopping Mall will be a three storied having a series of atriums and foyers developed in the most modern style. It will have one or two large anchor stores/international departmental stores, show rooms of various reputed brands, entertainment areas, food courts, restaurants, Cineplex etc.
  ART & CULTURAL CENTRE:
There will be a purpose built Art & Cultural Centre of international standards to provide facility ideal for art and cultural exhibitions. The facility will be purposed build and will be equipped with start-of-the-art auditorium for 800 persons complete with backstage facilities, Foyer, lounges, services, projection & sound system etc. The Art & Culture Centre shall be set-up on a total covered area of 50,000 sq.ft comprising of the following:
